Seaden Hotels, a hotel brand that today unites 5 hotels under one roof, was founded in 1998 by Polen Turizm Yatırım A.Ş. founded. The first hotel, the 4-star Seaden Corolla Hotel, opened in 1998 in Side-Kumköy with 404 rooms. As a second hotel investment, the 5 star Hotel Seaden Sea World Resort & Spa with 528 rooms was launched in 2009 in the Kızılağaç Tourist Center. In 2011, the number of hotels with the 3-star Seaden Sweet Park with 90 rooms in Side and the 5-star Seaden Sea Planet Resort & Spa with 460 rooms in the Kızılot Tourist Center increased to 4. In 2017, the Seaden Valentine Resort & Spa with 5 stars, 321 rooms and the concept 16+ years welcomed its first guests. The 5 star Seaden Quality Resort & Spa with 356 rooms and excellent service quality opened its doors in June 2021 as the 6th hotel directly on the spacious sandy beach.
